What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My drive to succeed in something, each and every day. Whether its my writing, spending time with loved ones, having dinner with my girlfriend, Kara, or giving back to the boston community by volunteering.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
With my family, my loved ones, watching old movies and discovering new authors on my Kindle.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
On my Kindle Fire, which my sister gave me two christmases ago when i began writing. I loved YA fiction, romance, mystery and the old classics, ofcourse!
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
yes, it was a short story named Georgia, about a 14 year old girl growing up in foster homes and tells about her struggles as she grows up. I wrote it when i was 17 it should be available on Smashwords in May 18th once i've had it edited for publishing. It was the very first story i ever wrote, and it was far from the last.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
Yes, the first story i ever read that had a profound impact was The Outsiders. I was intrigued by the depth of the characters and the trials of they're lives, and i knew that i wanted to create a world with my writing more than anything.
What do you read for pleasure?
i love to read contemporary romance, young adult fiction and anything with a little mystery in it. Most of all, i love discovering new authors and books with my Kindle and going to Barnes and Nobles.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
My Kindle Fire

cluttered and messy with stray ideas, book notes, pens pencils and my notebook with pages ripped out. its messy but it works!
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in a small suburb outside of Boston, and with lots of free time and a sister that took Journalism growing up, i loved to write and read as i grew up. It was my passion, and it still is!
When did you first start writing?
When i was 14 years old, i began writing essays and short stories for a local newspaper through my schools Writer's Club, and my passion for it grew from there.
What's the story behind your latest book?
It tells the story of Aria Morgan, a girl suffering from a broken heart that is still bleeding and her struggle to trust again after the tragic death of her older brother and the traumatic abuse of her exboyfriend. But when she falls in love with Gavin Thomas, she refuses to let him go.
