What are you working on next?
I'm currently working on several Stables romances involving horse trainers, grooms, riders and anyone involved in the horse industry.
I've also been working on a mystery novel for quite some time that I hope to finish one of these days!
Who are your favorite authors?
I read constantly - anything from romance to literature. My list of favorite authors would be hundreds of pages!
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My son. He is by far the best thing I have ever done. He also happens to be my favorite person in the world.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I can usually be found in a horse barn! If I'm not riding a horse, I garden, mow (addicted to the zero turn mower!), and swim in the pool. Summer is the best time of year! I go a little stir crazy in winter when outdoor activities are curtailed.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
I browse until something jumps out at me - kinda depends on my mood at the time.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Ha! Yes, it was a fictional tale about how my horse saved the world. It was part of a journal effort we were required to do in high school. My teacher finally told me to move on, so I never truly finished it.
What is your writing process?
I'm a wee bit OCD so when I sit down with a story in my head, I generally don't stop til it's done.
What's the story behind your latest book?
My latest book, Bits of Me, was inspired by...no...I better not tell.
What do your fans mean to you?
Everything. I truly hope I can brighten someone's day in some small way.
