Interview with Michael North

How did this book come about?
Most of the credit goes to JP Van Hulle, my co-author. She channeled the original book. I added some new material and added in the part about how each stone impacts your centering (aka chakras). I was also the technical guy who helped move it from printed text to this current e-book format. It took us several years to do.
What do you hope people gain from this book?
That stones and gems can be tools one can use to help reduce suffering and/or improve progress. Also, these tools can be fun to use.
Have you always been interested in this topic? If not when did the interest start?
As far back as I can remember I have wanted to collect at least one stone or gem from every state and every country in the world. That is impractical now - especially as far as countries are concerned because names and boundaries can change. Still I have well over 200 different kinds of stones now, from meteorites to fossilized dinosaur dung to diamonds. Each one is unique as well. No two stones or gems are alike.
