What motivated you to become an author?
My very first job was one of selling family books for Home Health Education Service. I was touched when I saw how my clients were impacted by what they read. I just concluded that one day I would also be a writer and influence people positively. My college professors also appreciated my literary skills and talked me into aspiring to be a writer.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
I'm still to appreciate my success on Smashwords since I'm knew on it. All the same, I thank them for giving me an opportunity to reach millions of readers around the world.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
There is nothing that beats the feedback that comes from readers like, "Your book changed my life."
What do your fans mean to you?
My fans are my friends. When I am writing, I feel like I am talking to some one I know and value. They are my audience. It's fun talking to them through written works.
What are you working on next?
There are three projects I'm working on right now: 1. How to Develop Good Study Habits as a Child. 2. Love Nuggets from the Bible. 3. Leadership Insights from the Book of Genesis.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Each day I work up ready to play my part in making this world to be a better place to live in. I live to serve.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I love people. So I just hang around people at church, community, family or special occasions. Writing is a people's business. The more I mingle with them, the more I get to know what matters to them.
