Interview with Jennifer Krumins

Published 2015-05-17.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Reading! In fact, I have to stop myself from reading in order to write. I think its because reading gives me a sense of completion, but writing is a never ending process. I enjoy nature walks, spending time with my family and doing anything BUT cooking!
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
I am obsessed with living each day to the fullest. I have a deep sense that each day is a gift. I honestly detest wasting time and I want to do whatever I can to take action on my goals. At the same time, I have had to learn to relax a little and turn down the intensity so that I can just enjoy "being."
How do you approach cover design?
I don't. I think that everyone has gifts - mine do not include cover design. So, I hire a designer!
What do you read for pleasure?
My kids tease me about this but I honestly don't really like fiction. I love eating up non fiction books about human nature, business, writing, faith and self development. I also adore Malcolm Gladwell.
Describe your desk
I would....but I cannot find it! Organization is NOT my strength, but, I somehow know where things are!
