I have enjoyed carrying over my millions of fans from wattpad to my published pieces for sale. I try to sell some books and write smaller books for free.
Describe your desk
My desk can be in many places. Currently, my pre-teen daughter has taken over my desk area with my iMac. So I have recently purchased a new laptop. So my desk can be my lap, my car, my dining room. Anywhere that I can run and hide to write. As long as I have enough battery life, I'm good.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Brooklyn New York. Growing up, my imagination was just so large, that I enjoyed writing at a very young age. I don't think my location would have changed that.
When did you first start writing?
I remember my first writing piece from 5th grade. I never really went back to writing for a while. In my 20's I started writing a book, it was not very good. However, it pushed me into the characters I created in Marry Me. One day I just said, writing is my passion, whether or not I can make a living from it, doesn't really matter. So I went for it, and here we are.
What's the story behind your latest book?
Well, Lucas from Marry me has been running around in my head for a very long time. This storyline is very similar to the one that I started in my 20's. I just needed to sit down and put the pieces together.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I believe it was my characters who motivated me. They needed their story to be told.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
I believe just having a platform where I can put my writing out there for people to read has contributed to my success.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
My greatest joy is to see how much people enjoy my characters and get into the story.
What do your fans mean to you?
My fans mean the world to me. Without their words of encoragement, and enjoyment, I wouldn't be here.
What are you working on next?
I am working on completed the last few chapters of the marry me trilogy. Then I have another book called demon over. That one is exciting. I also have a few old stories that I would like to revisit and publish.
Who are your favorite authors?
I love j.r ward, just to name one.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
The sun
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I do have a day job. When I'm not doing that, I'm spending time at home with my daughter, and all of our animals.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes, I remember it. I used some of those characters in Marry Me.
What is your writing process?
That is a secret. Honestly tho? My characters just come through.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I don't exactly remember the story. There was this book in high school, and I remember reading it over and over. IT gave me that same feeling. It had Strong male characters in it, and I think that is why I am drawn to that.

"I wont let him hurt you. I wont let him near you again, trust in me to keep you safe. Always." I kept the palm of my hand on her face, feeling her hot tears fall over and over again. I pulled her impossibly close, and kissed her tenderly. I would protect her. She was mine. My love, my heart, my soul. She has no idea how much I love her. So deeply.I would kill for her, lay my life down for hers.
