What inspires you to get out of bed each day?

The idea that there's something new to read or try out there.

When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?

Reading or making things. Researching new... techniques. And hanging out with friends.

How do you discover the ebooks you read?

Crazy, random happenstance or referrals from friends usually. Sometimes, I just browse around to see what's new.

Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?

Yes, it was a story about a cat and a wizard and I was in first grade.

What is your writing process?

I like sustained burn times of writing. I try to finish as much as possible in one day.

What do you read for pleasure?

Almost anything that's not nailed down.

What is your e-reading device of choice?

I have a nook and the nook app on my phone. That's my reader of choice.

Describe your desk

Hmm... It's campaign style and has a crack, which is how I got it for less than $30 at the furniture store.

What motivated you to become an indie author?

I had some fun little stories hiding on my hard-drive that needed a good home.

What are you working on next?

Hmmm... I have another story featuring the characters from "Three of a Kind" called "On the River". Then, I have a few surprises.
