Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I believe these were Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tales and stories. As I think again and again, the thing that attracted me most was the theme of love, friendship and magic.
How do you approach cover design?
Being a web designer, as well, I prefer doing it myself.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy - the most beautiful butdramatic love story of all times.
One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Marquez - a book without age, time and room. Could read anytime, anywhere.
East of Eden by John Steinbeck - the characters are so deep, real, mean, naïve and at the same time down to earth. Simply marvelous!
What do you read for pleasure?
I'm an old-fashioned reader ( prefer paper books ) and read any time I find a spare minute. Really love classy novels.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
My Mac and my Kindle.
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
A think the professional SEO is very important!
Describe your desk
Most of the time - a total mess. Lots of books, notes, Health and Fitness Magazines editions, a big coffee mug.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up and still live in a big city with stressed, overweight and depressed people.
My customers confess they normally eat outside their homes two times a day and have no time for a Gym. I gradually teach them how and what to eat in order to improve their overall health, appearance and wellbeing.
I don't write diets since I don't believe in fad dieting. I give advices for a lifetime transformation.
When did you first start writing?
Not very far - after graduating from the university, I believe. I'm an author of articles concerning Nutritional Disorders, Pregnancy and Nutrition, Balanced Eating for Kids, Weight Control and Health.
What's the story behind your latest book?
The miracle power of liquid food.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
My dedication to share and help. Knowledge is a great power.
