The fear of bedsores.

It's largely taken up with long, hard hours of procrastination.

The first stages are on my Alphasmart Dana. Its screen doesn't torture my already strained eyes with back-lighting. When I'm further along the editing process, I transfer it to by little Samsung netbook with the Pixel Qi screen I installed that allows me to turn off the back-lighting. If only someone would make a laptop with an eInk screen...

It's at this stage where I run spell check, and ask myself how I can even consider writing when apparently I have not even learned to spell yet.

I'm afraid I don't have one. I have a couch.

I'm not sure it was my first, but I actually still have an illustrated story from very early in elementary school. If I published a book with that title now, it would probably make the news. No, I'm sorry, I can't tell you the title. I really can't.
