A.K. Harris

I was born in Washington state, on what I assume was a cold rainy October day. Because lets face the facts, it's always rainy in Washington, which is one of the things I loved most about growing up there. I spent most of my childhood indoors, coming up with stories and characters to keep me entertained until the next break in the weather. This kept up until the age of 10 when we moved cross country to Georgia, where we adopted our first dog, and I spent almost all of my time outdoors taking walks in the sun.
In 6th grade, I began to cultivate a love for books, it was like it came out of nowhere, all of a sudden I couldn't stop reading and I knew whatever I wanted to do when I grew up would have to deal with books. As I got older, I began to jot down a few of the ideas and places swirling around in my head, but it wasn't until recently that I took the first steps into truly writing books. These books are the culmination of years of late nights, reading by lamplight, and ' I'll do it when I'm done with this chapter'. I hope, that you can enjoy them as much as I have.
