Karen Lanson

Biography

Karen Lanson is a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist and creator of the revolutionary Power Pilates Training System. With a career spanning over twenty years, Karen continues to develop her unique training methods and motivational skills in a bid to make the world a better place, one lunge and one smoothie at a time.
Karen is also a dancer and actress with credits in both film and the theatre.

What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
I've always found writing very cathartic and a good form of escapism. I also love connecting with people through my own experiences.
What do your fans mean to you?
Everything! There's no feeling like your work being received and appreciated. It both humbles and inspires me to write more.
