Welcome to Black House Books!
Black House Books is not your average "indie" publisher. We want to go far beyond what is typically published and provide ideas that are completely innovative. We do not follow publishing trends or genres based solely upon what is or isn't commercially popular. We are not bound by financial obligations or fiscal aspects of publishing and wish to celebrate this creative freedom by proving thoroughly unique fiction that is both affordable and accessible to our readers.
We started years ago with the Appalachian Gothic Anthology Project. The number of works quickly grew and for the past year, we've been publishing via the Laurawrites.net web community. Now, we're taking the leap with a new web site and a wonderful distribution system.
Check back often as we will frequently run promotional specials, including free ebooks.
