Biography
Marisa Mikel is a new author who is diving into the world of writing. She retired in 2003 with 30 years of service as a Management & Program Analyst at military and federal agencies. During her working career, she completed her BSBA and M.Ed. in Secondary Education.
Writing is her lifelong dream and after retiring, it became a full time hobby with stories of mystery and romance. She has also added a series of Children's books to her writing collection, "Matti's Mutts". It is the journey of a rescued dog, Matti and the world around her as seen through her own eyes. Volume 1 & 2 are now published Amazon eBooks & paperbacks and cover Matti's story of adoption and her love for Grandma who is now in the mid-stages of Alzheimers.
Marisa Mikel's other mystery and romance stories include "Rough Cut Diamond", "Her Anniversary Shoes", "Fast Chance" and "Face Reality".
