Joseph Radosti

Joseph Radosti is a speaker, writer, blogger and videographer. He is an eyewitness and survivor of the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York on September 11, 2001, the first of three traumatic experiences that changed his life forever. Afterward he wrote his first book, an autobiography entitled: Touched by the Hand of God. He is also founder of the Touched by the Hand of God Community. He considers himself a missionary to those who are traveling through the valley of the shadow of death. He is passionate about encouraging those who are sick, grieving, and who are in seemingly hopeless and traumatic situations in life.

  Mark has done a great job detailing how to format your book for Smashwords. I would like to see an update for Microsoft Word 2010, especially since doc files are no longer used by Microsoft. I was tempted to use Open Office but I am glad I followed Mark's advice and purchased Microsoft Word 2010. I was able to get my book into the premium catalog on the first try.
