Henry makes his characters come alive and turns his phrases with a delightful, fresh voice. What’s not to love about believable characters doing unbelievable things? While certainly out of the norm, this tale of average women beset with everyday struggles who at the same time fly “at the speed of thought” and deftly pulverize evil doers, seems entirely plausible. Even expected! AMERICAN GODDESSES. In my book, an irresistible read.
