Biography

As a successful businessman and entrepreneur, I started, grew, led and matured a technically diversified design/construction/development firm. Later it merged into a larger parent company. Now a consultant to companies and senior executives I consult on business valuation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, successful management practices, marketing and ownership transition guidelines. I wrote and published numerous articles concerning these topics. I also write reality-inspired-fiction.

My first novel, "The TARASOV SOLUTION" (Dec 2009, Charles River Press) is followed by the second "The ISRAELI BETRAYAL" coming soon..
