Eloise Morano

Biography

With degrees in journalism & landscape design, I've lived & traveled all over the northeast as a broadcaster, journalist & photographer. Eventually when my husband & I grew tired of dealing with ice & snow, out of a whole country full of possibilities, we picked the Lake Norman area for its climate & lifestyle.
Our dream was to build a log home on the water, and this is exactly what we did, first finding the land, then designing the home ourselves with one of this area's wonderful builders. It was the experience of a lifetime.

Now I specialize in helping other people whose dream it is to live on, or in view of, the lake. With LKN Realty Group I've found the perfect niche.
Whether you are ready to build and need contact information, or you want to start by finding the perfect piece of land, I can help you achieve it.
Or want to find a great deal on the lake? Oh my goodness, I can show you homes that you CAN afford on this lake! There has NEVER been a better time to buy.

I would have loved to have had this book as a teenager - it has everything a precocious teen reader might want: time travel (oooh, how I love that still!), an intrepid heroine who has just enough self-doubt to be engaging, a quest, exotic settings, the intriguing science of crystal energy, secret societies, and romance. (And the romance is clean, Moms...) Heroine Roxanne Wyatt's adventures take her variously to the steppes of Peru, the streets of Albuquerque, and the 250-year old sub-basement at the University of Virginia. I am eager for more, since this is book #1 of a series....This book is emphatically not a teen romance, nor does it seem to aim at teenagers - it is more sophisticated than that - so it will appeal to any independent girl or woman who has been devouring books from an early age. Or to the adult in your life who, like me, loves the mystical, practical, adventurous & brave all rolled into one delightful package. Get ready to kick back and read this in one sitting..... The "science fiction" of the story is based in science fact: Zero point energy is real, though so esoteric, most readers will not have heard of it. What the book postulates is that certain human beings possess the gene sequence required to bond with a single frequency, or color, of zero point energy - releasing all sorts of cool abilities. The really neat thing is that you soak up the idea of this without ever being lectured by the author. Kudos to Jordan Becket. And let's have more.
