Maarten van Lier
Biography
Maarten van Lier was born in a small town in the Netherlands with aspirations to make it big. He immigrated to the United States in 1997 after having met the love of his life in Paris.
Maarten worked diligently to build his career as a Software architect traveling extensively across the continent and beyond all the while executing on his plan to become a millionaire. He didn't do it to show off the goods and the bling, but to insure a financial safety net for his and his family.
After completing his plan and reaching his goal, he took a well-deserved break to write about his experience in the hope that he might inspire other to do the same, as he was inspired early on himself.
