No Comfort Zone: Notes on Living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder on April 28, 2012

I really "enjoyed" reading this book. "Enjoyed" seems a word that should not be associated with a book on PTSD but l do not feel quite so alone. It is not an easy subject to admit the need to read a book on. I am thankful for finding out about it and reading it. Well worth the read.
