Biography
A graduate of Cornell University with advanced degrees in English from the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University, Bruce Robinson has more than 25 years experience as an educator, editor and published author. In addition to teaching speech and writing communications at the University of Phoenix, he has been an associate editor for Random House and a senior technical writer for such major corporations as British Telecom and Lucent Technologies.
