Biography
I am the lead curriculum editor at Grand Canyon University where I cofounded the Inklings writers' group. Authors Ruth Douthitt, Scott Barrett, and Lindsay Harrel are former members.
I have been a writer since I was 10. I love to write but hate publishing and marketing, but this year I have resolved to get the six books I have written published and market them. Pharaoh of the Sun is the first, soon to be followed by The Wonderful Wisdom of Oz
As a freelance editor, I have learned a lot from editing 44 novels of nearly every genre. I love editing autobiographies and memoirs the best because I feel it's my mission in life to help others leave a written legacy of their life stories and wisdom. I feel that is more valuable than anything else you can leave behind. My own self-help/ autobiography, Lessons on the Path, taken from the 100 best articles from my page at examiner.com will be published before the end of this year

Pharaoh of the Sun Book Trailer
This trailer for the historical novel, Pharaoh of the Sun,combines images of ancient Egypt taken from sculptures and tomb paintings of the time and modern artists' renditions with ancient Egyptian music (sistrums and chanting) to give you a sense of being there as I reveal the plot elements in a series of facts and questions. The music is "Atum - Creator Sun God IV" by Michael Atherton from the album Ankh: The Sound of Ancient Egypt.
