In spite of her age of 51, Sabrina Ruiz was still thought of by most men as beautiful. Slightly taller than most women, she carried her slim body well.
All her life, Sabrina had known there was a problem with her left leg, though doctors would not have found anything wrong. At the university she studied medicine and became an orthopedic surgeon. Her favorite procedures were amputations.
At a gay bar one night in Mumbai, India, she met Dr. Alfred Wood. He quickly confessed he was not interested in women, yet the fact she was also an orthopedic surgeon fascinated him. Over the course of several days, she confessed her desires. He mentioned some recent research into the condition. It was known as BIID, something she had never heard of.
After Dr. Wood amputated Sabrina's leg, she began performing amputations for other BIID sufferers.
