This is my story told in 3 separate books charting my life of abuse from 0-44 years old and is frank and descriptive so not for the faint hearted. It covers child abuse, sexual abuse and alcohol and drug abuse and my full recovery to leading a full and happy life for the first time and charts my opinions of the treatments out there for people in a similar position as I was. This is the second of 3 books which cover the addiction I suffered and starts at the end of my last book at 16 years old when I joined the army and goes through the ups and downs of my life and leads to addiction to drugs and alcohol. I go from a soldier to a drug addict and alcoholic and the change is drastic and damaging leading to brushes with death.
