Raymond Adams, a private investigator murdered in 1947, finds that the death is not the end. His unique detective mind is an asset to the Divine, the beings who oversee the welfare of humanity and Reality. More than once, Detective Adams is brought back to life for 24 hours to help solve supernatural mysteries.
