The Seventh of December series follows the lives of two Intelligence agents who meet in London early in the Second World War.
Thomas Haupner, Australian army intelligence officer and former concert violinist, and Henry “Shorty” Reiter, ADC to the military attaché at the US Embassy in London, become part of an ultra top-secret group of men and women, jointly operated by Britain’s MI6 and the USA’s OSS. For the duration of the war and after the conflict has ceased, they deal with blackmail plots, kidnappings, assassination attempts, treason and more on both sides of the Atlantic and behind enemy lines in occupied Europe.
The seven-book series starts during the Blitz in December 1940 and continues through to the Nuremberg trials in 1945/46. During this time, neither bombs nor bullets manage to break the bond that Tommy and Shorty form in their struggle against Nazism and the powers of evil
