This story is imaginative and original. The characters are strong with quirky personalities. Although violent in parts, there's no gore for gore's sake.

Brandon is an engaging hero. The tension builds and the world the author creates is never boring. Highly recommended.

Charismatic characters, a deep and involving world, and a great series. Overall, a great book that will surely entertain most readers.

On a personal note. If your thinking about Mark of Athena, give this series a try and you'll quickly be abandoning Rick Riordan.

I enjoyed the "on the edge of my chair" action. It was simply written and is probably better enjoyed by the younger generation.

The entire series was captivating. One of the best series I have ever read. I convinced my sister to read it too and now we can't stop talking about it.

Good progression and character development. I definitely liked the chapter going further into Jesus's past. It truly defined what the character is and how he got that way.

Go Brandon!

I didn't know what to expect when I first picked up this series. I had heard a very brief description of it, and it didn't sound like my thing. But so many people recommended it, that I went ahead and read it. I'm so glad that I did. It's exceptionally written, thought provoking, and intense. It's really a must read. I've read it over and over again.
