The influence is that it would be cool to see more black people in spaces to create opportunities for those with similar backgrounds. I write in duality. I moved into a loft downtown. Two sliding glass doors. But I never got to enjoy it. Too busy working in attempt to pay for it. So I created a character who gets to reflect in some what a similar space.

The space guys (and girls) like those esteeming Smashwords and other indie publishing is appreciated. Publishing here is a way of me saying thank you. Here is my gift for you keeping us small players needing a platform for exposure in mind. Also, being an independent author eliminates the immediate need for Big Brother.

Murder Mysteries with action. I enjoy positive motivational books that harvest self production. I enjoy poetry read aloud by others. I could consume that all day.

Freedom and creativity. Fictional works allow me to give life to a component of living that may inspire or come true. The motivational non-fiction pieces that are to come are therapy for sharing my journey and hopefully become a way for others to achieve their dreams.

They keep me cool and I continue to produce the works and style they deserve.
