Anon I mus (Spiritually Anonymous)
Biography
Anon I mus is a spiritual teacher, founder of the Ego Awareness Movement and World Ego Awareness Day (WEAD) that is observed on May 11th of each year. He has written extensively on the subject of spirituality/mysticism and is the author of the free e-book titled "The I AM Creation Story".
Anon I mus renounced his own sense of ‘person-hood’ by claiming his right to public anonymity and chooses to shares the wealth of timeless teachings (without the need for personal recognition, power or financial gain). He feels that it is the core message found in all world religions that is most important, not the messengers (for the message can be expressed through any form of medium).
Anon I mus believes that the spiritual message is has more significance than the messenger (teacher); it is likened to a finger pointing to the moon. All words about the truth are only mere fingers pointing to the one moon; but it is important not to accept the fingers as the moon itself. The moment we start attaching, obsessing, despising or having personal bias to the fingers, then we (through ignorance) have completely missed the “whole point”. The fingers were not the point (for they are only relative, subjective distinctions); the point was the moon (symbolic truth). The informational content is done covertly in order to minimize any judgmental interference (distraction) of a ‘personal self and biography’ mixed in (diluted) with the universal teachings. It is up to seekers to have a keen sense of discerning the message from the messenger (physical mediator).
