Biography

I'm a Western Southern Girl, born in California and spent more than half my life in with my husband in Tennessee. I have been married for 36 years. We had one son who was killed when he was 18. I am a animal lover but not telling how many fur babies I have. I love to travel, write, garden, cook, and many crafts. I especially love swimming, taking walks, and the beach. I am a graduate of Memphis State University

What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
My greatest joy while writing is when I create worlds, or communities that take me out of my world. I love to create characters who I would love to have as friends or family in my real world. As I create these characters they really do become my friends and they lead me on how they want to develop, how they want the story to go, and how the story should end. I become so in love with my characters that I can not completely end their story and they continue on in a series. I also love creating new worlds and communities that I love to manipulate into unique characters that come's alive in my imagination. The places I create are based on places I have visited in my travels, or in my dreams as a child.
What do your fans mean to you?
Fans are an extension of my family. My stories are an extension of me, and when fans read my stories they learn a little about me, and hopefully they open their minds to new ideas on how we see this world we share. I've been told that I see the world with an open mind, and that is how I want my fans see the world.
