Betty Kuffel


As an emergency room and trauma physician, Dr. Kuffel provided care to many victims of crime. Often working closely with investigators, she gained insight into their quests for justice and received unique cooperation from Montana law enforcement while writing Eyes of a Pedophile.

In addition to writing a monthly column in Montana Woman Magazine on women's health issues, Dr. Kuffel has several novels and nonfiction manuscripts in process. Her other interests include photography, flying and marksmanship. She lives in the mountains of Montana with her husband Tom and dog Valkyrie.
