Claire Forsythe lives just outside Belfast in Northern Ireland with her partner, Mary, and their pets, Charlie the dog, Midnight the cat, and Jazz the goldfish. Claire owns a coffee shop, which keeps her both busy and well-topped-up on caffeine—flat whites, specifically.

Apart from her love of coffee, Claire enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, sipping red wine, traveling and exploring new places, reading a variety of novels—from romance to crime, playing poker even though she's a terrible bluffer, and binge-watching box sets.
