Stephen Markham
Biography
Stephen Markham was born in Leicester, England in 1951 and pursued a lively career in the travel industry, visiting over 70 countries on his travels overseas, and culminating in his setting up "Galaxy Holidays" with his wife in the mid 90s. A love of writing saw him produce countless holiday brochures, and, in more recent times, "Tales From Wriggly Bottom", created initially for his 3 young grandchildren Maddie, Olivia and Sebastian (who all feature in the stories!) but now on sale worldwide, with all profits being donated to the Sam Pilcher Trust to help youngsters locally receiving treatment for cancer/leukaemia. Besides writing Stephen is an active Rotarian, an ardent supporter of Gloucester Rugby Club, and a would-be good golfer!
