Biography

Jim Matthews is a renowned strength and conditioning instructor who has delivered talks at numerous conferences across the globe, including those organized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

He is referred to as the "Glute Guy" in the bodybuilding and workout exercises industries because of his skill in guiding customers toward the development of robust, aesthetically pleasing glutes. While preparing nearly a thousand trainees for the extreme requirements of the most elite echelons of the U.S. Special Operations, he refined his methodology.
