John Luke Maxwell has been writing fiction for decades. Some of his work ended up at a publisher, though none of his wilder, dirtier stories ever saw print. These days, he prefers Smashwords, since he can unleash his filthiest fantasies upon the world!

JLM is a real-life Daddy to several boiz--all very much legal age. They serve as a sounding board and critic for his ideas, usually pointing out when a story has taken a wrong turn, and reminding him that good porn has a story. Not just sex!

It is a subject that is still up for debate.

In his regular life, JLM is a film editor for independent projects. He likes exercise, lifting weights, cooking, binge-watching shows, going to video arcades with his boiz and nature trails.

He is growing more proud of his Dad-Bod each day.

  Interesting start to what could be a good series. A mundane (in the non-magic sense) detective is swept up in paranormal events. Has just a touch of the Supernatural tv series vibe to it, but with a gay central protagonist. Spoiler warning!! Two things that bug me regarding the plot are that the villains turn out to be a female-dominant cult. But, the sex is pretty good, the characters are likeable enough, and the town that it takes place in has that 'quirky' vibe to it, with or without the big glowing death balls.
