Biography
Kaelan was born and raised in the Adirondack mountains of Upstate NY, US. Xie went to university to be an English teacher, and while xie has a minor in both English Literature and Creative Writing, xyr degree is in Bioanthropology and Forensics Chemistry. Xie worked as a crime scene tech before going back to school to get a Masters ABT in Education and World History. Xie currently lives in Southern Ontario, Canada with xyr partner of 21 years, their two kids, three cats, and a grumpy chinchilla. Xie is published through Multifarious Press with ILAVANI and MOTHMEN. Xie is also published through NineStar Press with BLOOD-BOUND.
Xie is the author of YAHUI'S SUSPENSION, SERVING THE DRAKON, NERA'S NEED, ANNA'S CHOICE, A DANCER'S HOPE, A HARSHER KISS, MOTHMEN, ILAVANI vol 1-5. As well as BLOOD-BOUND from NineStar Press.
Xie works as a freelance editor for small, independent presses and private clients in association with Chimera Edits. Xyr hobbies include spinning fiber on a spinning wheel, gaming, cooking/baking, and making handmade jewelry.
