"The Wedding Scheme" by JT Therrien is delightful romance. On a vacation holiday Soleil ignores her best friend's advice on flirtation but, ironically, she becomes engaged to Kostas, a Greek playboy. The next surprise occurs when Kostas breaks the engagement. The plot to cover-up this jilted engagement is outlandishly amusing and, yet, believable because of the well developed characters. The novel can be a warm, "feel - good" story or the reader might discover that it has a philosophical depth. I highly recommend this book. With witty dialogue and humorous events, this novel would make a great movie.
