Sara Lovett

Biography

Sara Lovett, RSMT, is a somatic movement therapist, expressive art educator, researcher, and performer. Born in England, Sara holds a BFA in acting from the University of Texas at Austin, an MA in Depth Psychology with a Somatic emphasis, and is a PhD candidate working on her dissertation on actor self-care at Pacifica Graduate Institute.

She is the author of Follow Me To Grownup Land and is currently working on the companion book to The Invisible Bones, entitled The Friendship Index. She resides in Covington, Texas.
