Ian Dorking-Clark

Biography

About the Author:
Born in Quetta, British India (now Pakistan), he travelled, and lived, in all four hemispheres of the Globe during the first few years of his life:
from India to Wales and England, back to India, on to Perth, West Australia, after Indian Independence, and eventually, returned to the United Kingdom.
Along the way he picked up several languages: Barohi, Urdu, Welsh, Hindi, Marathi and another one... Oh yes, English. Unfortunately, to his shame, he has misplaced all but English.
He is a retired teacher, currently living in London, England.

I loved this story and watched it unfold with fascination. A charming, well constructed story which the authors were brave enough to take out of the mundane and the ordinary, and place it into spheres that were uncomfortable and at times harrowing. An uplifting, and sometimes very funny tale.

A very satisfying and well written collection of charming and well written poems and thoughts. These will give all pause for thought. Elegantly and beautifully formatted with a care that mirrors the dedication and thoughtfulness of the author.
