You retain all rights and ownership of the story, we simply act as the labor force to take your story from words on your computer to Smashwords. You will have access to sales and other reports on Smashwords, as well as at Amazon and Lulu, so you can see how many people look at your page and how many purchase it. When Smashwords or other sites send royalty payments for your sales, we will forward 90% of those sales directly to you.
No upfront costs are associated with putting your completed book on Smashwords, Amazon, or Lulu. The only thing you would ever have to pay for is if you elect to have us create your ebook/Kindle or other file from the format you wrote it in. Formatting beyond normal standards is extra, and we will work with you to come up with a feasible and affordable agreement.
We charge as little as possible, but do the best job possible. We know how daunting a task it can be, and we will help make it as simple as possible while doing it as cheaply as possible, and still create as good a product as those who charge hundreds or thousands to do so.
