What motivated you to become an indie author?
My writing role model has been Dr. Latorial Faison. I remember her coming to my middle school & presenting her poetry book. I was in awe to see a black author that had been raised in my county. My brother also motivated me to public my first book. He stepped into the role of my booking manager. His excitement to see me succeed motivated me to continue publishing.
Who are your favorite authors?
Aside from myself, my favorite authors are James Patterson, Nicholas Sparks, Toni Morrison, Ernest Hemingway, Alice Walker, Edgar Allan Poe, Carl Weber, Eric Jerome Dickey, & Zora Neale Hurston.
