We are living in the 21st century, a century where everything is changing in an unbelievably short time. I, as an employee in a big corporation, wanted to better understand what to do to place yourself in front of others, therefore I started reading this book. It is a great lecture for everyone that wants to better understand indeed "Why creativity is vital for organisations. McDonald and Marton managed to explain the way things should be done for everyone, in a very professional way that can be easily understood by each and any of us. I strongly recommend this book if you want to be more familiar with this days concepts. It will definitely make you feel more ready for business!
