Biography

BRM (Brian) Stewart lives in Scotland. He was born near Glasgow, lived for a couple of years (with his family) in Hamilton, Ontario, then they moved back to Glasgow and on to Grangemouth, where Brian grow up. He attended Glasgow University then trained as a teacher. He taught in Edinburgh for a couple of years, then moved to Nairn in the Scottish Highlands where he and his late wife raised their family. He worked in various roles in Scottish education before retiring in 2015.
A few years ago he and his wife relocated to Dundee to be nearer his grown-up children and his grandchildren.
Brian has always written, but took it seriously with his retirement. He has self-published and also been traditionally published.
His hobbies include travel, dabbling with gadgets, keeping fit, and trying to play golf and the guitar. He is a very active member of Rotary, and also his local writers' group the Angus Writers' Circle.
