Biography
Doreen Johnson has written poetry and short stories
since childhood. As a mother of three, she enjoys
seeing life’s adventures through the eyes of children.
Raised and married into the military with a
background in family advocacy, she strives to
entertain children with her writing. She holds her
bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master of
Arts in Public Administration. She retired from
church service in February 2019 to pursue her dream
of publishing children books. She lives with her
husband in the San Francisco Bay Area.
