Smashwords Interview

Q1. What makes this book worth reading?
A1. It engages your psyche on several levels as it explores issues that effect us all. The main characters open the story by delving into truth as a starting point in their relationship. It is there to make us question our own relationship honesty. As the story progresses they look for honesty in science and in the media.

Morgan and Elisabeth uncover a part of reality that is generally out of the public mind or minimized by the general media. Their adventure opens a window to the very high costs and unseen consequences that come with the modern corporate methods for producing human sustenance. Is poisoning the environment, plants, and animals under the guise of creating more food to prevent world starvation, worth the trade-off? Is the discussion about starvation a vail to cover corporate profits and their control over growing plants and animal foods?

I want to give the reader a new understanding of the interrelationship and interdependence of the plants and animals on earth.
Q2. How did you come to writing a fiction adventure novel, instead of a non-fiction expose´ or documentary?
A2. My research revealed a steady flow of overwhelming and frightening information. You and I are constantly under attack from non-tested chemicals in our food chain, utensils, packaging, in the air, drinking water and oceans. My decision was, that it is better to reveal these ideas by integrating them into a story that a broad range of readers could relate too. Fiction reaches a different audience from other forms of writing. I did not want to point a finger at specific people or corporations, but to get people thinking about the problem and solutions.
