Biography

He was born in Malatya province of Turkey in 1979. He was graduated from Marmara University (Istanbul) with bachelor degree of BA in 2001. He had graduate degree of MIA from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs in 2011. He has worked as an expert at the Office of the Prime Minister R. Tayyip Erdogan since 2004.
