Biography
JULIO FOPPOLI is a teacher of English as a Second Language (ESL / EFL teacher) and a Spanish teacher from Argentina, currently living in the United States. After years of teaching both in regular and bilingual schools and developing ESL / EFL educational materials, he was handpicked by the prestigious VIF PROGRAM amongst thousands of candidates to teach English and Spanish as a Second Language in the US.
