This was my second book by Ms Hubbard, the first being The Mysterious Mr Black. I have to say that Ideally liked this one better. Since I am not familiar with all the characters in the Heart/Black world, the book was easier follow. I didn't have to keep the assorted secondary characters straight while enjoying the primary characters and plot. I liked the main characters and story. The end was satisfying and worth staying up late to finish the book. I'd love to know what happens to the Newmans in the future, which is my indicator of a really good book.
