Gail Winegar was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her passions are writing, speaking, painting, gardening, rock climbing , rappelling, and her dog and two cats. She lives in Farmington, Utah with her husband, Dee, and they have seven children and twenty-one grandchildren.
