Smashwords Interview

What motivated you to become an indie author?
The fun of taking on a new challenge! I have done a lot of writing over the years - business documents, college papers, etc. This is the first time I have tried writing a book. I also wanted to learn HOW to publish as an indie. I am a techie who loves to learn new computer skills so writing something to publish as an e-book was an irresistible opportunity.
What's the story behind your book?
I have been an assistant for over 25 years. During that time I have worked with a number of good (and not so good) managers and many co-workers and have learned a lot from all of them. This book is an opportunity to share what I have learned, both the "Do's" and the "Do Not's" of office life.
