Liz Egger

Biography

Liz Egger is a writer and entrepreneur who has spent much of her adult life trying to persuade the rest of the world that nudism is a viable, effective, wholesome and natural antidote to the pressures of modern living.
Her first book “The Complete Guide to Nudism & Naturism” (ISBN: 978-0956231307) was published in 2006 and rapidly became a “must-have” for everyone interested in the nudist lifestyle. It is now in its second edition.
She has a keen interest in natural health and lifestyle matters and is a qualified teacher of meditation. She also has a passion for rock music, English country pubs, travelling, walking, fine whisky, conspiracy theories, writing, mind/body/spirit matters, history and "alternative" history - in fact most things that are a little off the wall.
She lives with her husband in deepest Herefordshire, and has devoted the rest of her life to the art of growing old disgracefully.
