Liz Egger is a writer and entrepreneur who has spent much of her adult life trying to persuade the rest of the world that nudism is a viable, effective, wholesome and natural antidote to the pressures of modern living.
Her first book “The Complete Guide to Nudism & Naturism” (ISBN: 978-0956231321) was published in 2006 and rapidly became a “must-have” for everyone interested in the nudist lifestyle. It is now in its third edition.
She has a keen interest in natural health and lifestyle matters and is a qualified teacher of meditation. She also has a passion for rock music, English country pubs, travelling, walking, fine whisky, conspiracy theories, writing, mind/body/spirit matters, history and "alternative" history - in fact most things that are a little off the wall.
She lives with her husband in deepest Herefordshire, and has devoted the rest of her life to the art of growing old disgracefully.
In this delightful book naturist Liz Egger takes a light hearted but informative look at the issue of nude leisure and the law. Whether you want to let it all hang out in your own back yard or whether your naked ambition extends to nudism and beyond, can you be sure that you'll stay on the right side of the law? This book will help, and even shows you how to earn some useful cash at the same time.
Nice Girls Can Be Nudists Too is a collection of irreverent, amusing and entertaining articles and essays reflecting the author's life as a nudist, her interest in nudism and naturism and the absurdity of our attitude towards nudity and the naked body.
